Lucky for us, Aunt Steph and Amanda, Adam, and Aaron were visiting Grandma and Gunker shortly after we left and Steph was kind enough to attach Grandma and Gunker's photos of their time with Dex to email and send to us.  Thanks Aunt Steph! We love you guys and hope to see you soon.

5 Day Seedling Growth and Laundry Cycle

Last Sunday, Dex and I planted the seeds for our summer garden. We got ambitious this year - tomatoes, cukes, radishes, pumpkins, and corn! 

Yesterday evening, Dexter checked the seedlings (as he usually does each night before bed) and I snapped a couple pictures. Apparently, our laundry cycle is the length of time it takes the pumpkin seeds to germinate - 5 days.
